These terms describe how Escuadrón de Brillo — Limpieza Yacky quotes, schedules and performs cleaning work. Hiring us for a cleaning means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

Quotes are no-obligation and are based on what we can see or what you describe. If the space turns out bigger or dirtier than described, we tell you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.

Scheduling and access

We show up when we say we will. For a cleaning to move smoothly we need a way in — someone home, a key, a code or a lockbox — whether the home, apartment or office is occupied or vacant. If a date needs to move on either side, you hear it from us first.

Your home or business

We treat every space with care and clean up as we go. Tell us at the quote about anything delicate or special, like a stone counter, a pet in the house or a surface that needs a specific product.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment for larger or recurring jobs is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
